Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.

The RN Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.

The Registered Nurse Supervisory regularly rounds on nursing units.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
The RN Supervisor facilitates communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
