Position Overview for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. In this role, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our residents, administer medications, and assist with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Patient Care: Deliver nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans and assist with daily living activities.

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.

  • Health Monitoring: Assess and document residents’ health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate resident care.

  • Education: Provide education and support to residents and families regarding health management and wellness.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
