Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift. This role is responsible for overseeing care delivery, assessing and addressing resident needs, and guiding a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellence throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing, interviews, hiring, and staff orientation

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure consistent, quality nursing care

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during overnight shifts

  • Coordinate and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings

  • Collaborate with other disciplines to monitor resident progress and care goals

  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards and timely documentation

  • Monitor Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data and lead quality improvement initiatives

  • Promote a safe, clean, and supportive overnight care environment

  • Help develop and implement education plans to support team growth

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the State of Georgia (LPNs with strong leadership experience may also be considered)

  • Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A positive, collaborative approach to overnight supervision

Shift:

  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
