Qualifications & Experience Requirements for MDS Coordinator:

  • Previous Experience as a MDS Coordinator preferred
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility
