About the Role:
The Heart Center Certified Nurse Aide will work collaboratively with the physician/provider and nursing staff to coordinate the flow of patients thorough the Heart Center. This position involves working with a diverse populations and collaborating with teams to implement effective health care plans.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program with certification from the state of Nebraska.
- American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
- Two to three years of physician office experience preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately plan, organize, and coordinate daily clinic or care center operations.
- Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and clinic effectiveness.
- Provide services in compassionate and safe manner while following patient policies and procedures.
A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
