Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering patient-centered care

Qualifications:

Current RN license (State of New Jersey)
Previous nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health
Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
