Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a CNA with our center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
Assist with vital signs, nutritional intake, and mobility assistance
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including infection control and fall prevention
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the State of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Per Diem 3p-11p
Ability to pass a drug test
