What we are looking for: 

·       Must Have Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills

·       Must Have Excellent Organizational and Telephone Skills

·       Demonstrates The Ability to Communicate and Work Effectively with Others

·       Demonstrates Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Basic Word, Excel and Internet Skills

·       Capable of Reading, Interpreting and Writing English

·       Positive Attitude Towards the Elderly

·       Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)

Education/Experience:

·       High School Graduate

·       At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment 

Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
