Private Duty LPN - Weekends

Location: Whitney, PA

Community Care, Inc. is a trusted, family-owned home health agency that has been serving local communities since 1987. We take pride in providing compassionate, personalized care to every client and treating our caregivers like family. We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Schedule:

  • Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

  • Perform G-tube care and feedings
  • Aspiration precautions
  • Supervise for safety
  • Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Pediatric & G-tube experience
  • CPR certification (preferred)
  • Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
  • Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
