Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field required
Current RN licensure
Minimum of 2 years in skilled nursing leadership experience
Willingness to participate in on-call schedule
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
