Schedule - SPLIT SHIFT:

Monday-Friday: 4:00 AM - 7:30 AM / 1:45 PM - 9:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans
Perform medication administration

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR certification (preferred)
