Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a member of our care team, you’ll help clients with daily living activities, including:

Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home.
Performing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences.
Accompanying clients on errands and medical appointments.
Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving.
Offering medication reminders.
Supporting prescribed range of motion exercises.
Delivering dementia care and companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.

Qualifications:

One year of experience as a caregiver.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. independently.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Successful completion of a background check.
CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
