Cedar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced full-time RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising the nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Must have a valid Georgia RN license and a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nursing and administration.

Hours:

3p - 11p Monday - Friday

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care
  • Assist with treatment and medication administration
  • Participate in weekly meetings
  • Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments
  • Investigate all incident reports and follow-up
  • Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned
