Position Overview
Were seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide 1:1 support for a student requiring tracheostomy care in a school setting. This role focuses on ensuring the students safety, health, and ability to participate fully in school activities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent 1:1 nursing care, monitoring, and daily support
Assist with medical needs within LVN scope of practice
Support the students emotional and behavioral regulation as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with school staff and healthcare teams
Provide support to the LVN pool when needed

Requirements

Active California LVN License
Calm, professional, and collaborative approach
School-based experience preferred, but not required
