A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is needed to provide essential support within a K-12 school setting located in Putnam, CT. This contract position runs from ASAP through June and offers a part-time schedule focused on transportation assistance. The role primarily involves accompanying an elementary-aged student during morning and afternoon van rides to ensure safety and provide care as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive care and supervision for an elementary school student during transportation.
  • Assist with basic health needs and monitor the students condition throughout travel.
  • Support the students comfort and safety by following individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and transportation personnel to coordinate care.
