OCN Infusion trained, registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• OCN Certified

• Infusion Experience
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: Six months RN experience

Your Job Responsibilities:

Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment

Assumes responsibility for the nursing components of the patient/family/significant
other educational process.

Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care is provided throughout the
episode of care.

Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Fort Worth and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients' well-being by providing high-quality nursing care. Responsibilities: RN (Registered Nurse) Complete daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secure Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System. Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients. Administer ongoing care/infusions for each patient, and provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Physician and Clinical Manager. Confer with physicians and pharmacies to develop the initial treatment plan based on the physician's orders and the initial patient assessment. Provide hands-on care, management, and evaluation of the care plan and teaching of the patient under a physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation. Report patient care, conditions, and progress to the patient's physician, pharmacy, and Clinical Manager continuously. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems. Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation. Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, update/summarize patient records, and confer with other healthcare disciplines to provide optimal patient care.
