Education:Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program with a Master’s Degree level of education is preferred.

License/Certification:Current license issued by the State of Maine asa NursePractitioner/Physician Associate;BLS certification is required; three or more years of experience in a physician's office setting is preferred; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure. This is a dynamic clinical role that includes performing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and acute care in the setting of a 40 bed adultacute inpatient psychiatric facility. Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, weekends and weekdays.
