We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 13-year-old male child in the Uniontown area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Monitoring seizures
Perform medication administration
Perform G-tube care and feedings/aspiration precautions
Continuous pulse oximeter monitoring
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
