NOW HIRING: Full-time Monday-Friday

  • Floating Nurse to cover Cumberland, Salem, Cape May, Atlantic, Camden, & Gloucester Counties as needed
  • Oversee a small caseload in Cumberland County
  • Admission and case manage GIP patients

 

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager:

  • Previous Experience as an Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager preferred 
  • Registered Nurse Licensed
  • 40 hours a week
  • Medical, dental, vision after 90 days
  • 401 K after 60 days 
  • 4 weeks PTO
  • 7 paid holidays
  • Hospice experience preferred
