Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As an RN within our community, you’ll be a vital leader in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, holistic, person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Daily Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and precise clinical records.

  • Medication Management: Transcribe orders, coordinate with the pharmacy, and safely administer medications.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Patient Monitoring: Recognize changes in condition early and implement effective nursing interventions.

  • Wound Care: Provide skilled wound care and track healing progress.

  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.

  • Additional Duties: Support the care team as needed and as directed by the Director of Nursing or the Administrator.
