Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the DON and ADON to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Ensure all nursing personnel follow their job descriptions and provide excellent care.
Assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies, ensuring the nursing department meets required standards.
Conduct daily rounds to monitor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in patient care.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in New York State
Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
A commitment to fostering a safe, professional, and supportive work environment
