Position Overview:

We are seeking an RN Unit Manager to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name]. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.

  • Advocate for the unit’s interests to upper management and collaborate in addressing issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred).

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred).

  • Valid RN License required.

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
