We are seeking compassionate CNAs/ Certified Nurse Aides to work within our client's facilities, providing support with daily living tasks and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a Five Star CNA, you will ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.

Hourly pay rate: $21-$22

CNA/ Certified Nurse Aide Requirements:

• Currently holds an active CNA certificate to work in New York.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Ability to communicate effectively

Five Star CNAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

•         Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.

•         Effectively manage your caseload and complete timely and accurate clinical notes, including addressing patient progress.

•         Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
