Your Role as a Night Shift RN

As a Registered Nurse at Cedars of Lebanon, you will oversee clinical care during the night shift, ensuring residents receive safe and compassionate nursing services consistent with our long-term care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants throughout the night.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care.

  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and care teams.

  • Promote dignity, comfort, and safety for all residents in your care.

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio RN license (or multi-state/compact equivalent).

  • Nursing degree from an accredited program.

  • CPR certification required; IV certification preferred.

  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
