Requirements for RN Supervisor:

Active RN license
Experience in long-term care, a skilled nursing facility, or a nursing home
Experience in a supervisory role
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on nurse leader who is comfortable supervising staff, managing clinical issues, and ensuring quality resident care in a fast-paced SNF environment.

Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

Supervise nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility during assigned shifts
Act as the clinical lead on duty and respond to resident care or staffing issues
Ensure compliance with SNF regulations, facility policies, and infection control standards
Provide clinical support, guidance, and oversight to nursing staff
Communicate shift updates and concerns to the DON/ADON
Assist with staffing issues, call-outs, and workflow management
