What we are looking for: 

· Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills

· Must have excellent organizational and telephone skills

· Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work effectively with others

· Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision

· Attend appropriate education seminars (in-house and outside facility) on a regular

basis

· Knowledge of Microsoft basic word, excel and internet skills

· Capable of reading, interpreting and writing English

· Positive attitude towards the elderly

· Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)

· Must be team player

Education/Experience:

·       High School Graduate

·       At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment
