We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee and guide our nursing staff on weekends. What You’ll Do:

As the Weekend RN Supervisor, you’ll support the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing by managing the daily operations of the nursing department on your shift. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining compliance, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all nursing activities on assigned shifts to ensure quality care and compliance.
Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs, participate in evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staffing decisions.
Perform rounds to observe staff performance, address concerns, and report findings to the DON.
Participate in morning meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and care plan updates.
Communicate with residents’ families, physicians, and administration regarding care and concerns.
Conduct and oversee treatments, med passes, and documentation as needed.
Respond to and investigate incidents, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning and resident outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of New Jersey.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; at least 6 months in rehabilitative/restorative care.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
