Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center a long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager RN. As a Unit Manager RN, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.

Unit Manager RN Key Duties

· Manage and supervise nursing staff, Including RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.

· Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

· Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.

· Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

· Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication.

· Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Unit Manager RN Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
CPR certification required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
