This position requires travel to various sites in Southwest Ohio for health and wellness events. Community Health Screeners work at events to provide health screenings, results counseling, and/or vaccinations (flu and VFC) to employees and community members, assisting Premier Community Health to accomplish its mission to build healthier communities. Community Health Screeners perform a fingerstick test to determine health measurements for participants.
