Job Requirements

Our Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.  The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families.



Work Experience
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
  • Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
  • Meets all state/licensing requirements.
  • ESRD experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective communication with clients and staff.

  • $19.99 - $33.18 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
