Salary Range - $110K to $125K Per Year *based on experience*

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:

  • Provide effective nurse management (hiring, development, training, performance feedback, etc.) that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving supports and services.

  • Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related supports and services.

  • Review training at least annually and makes modifications as needed.

Requirements of the Director of Nursing:

  • Must have excellent leadership skills

  • Must have current New York RN License

  • Must have experience in Long Term Care

  • Must have excellent communication skills
