 Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, medication assistance, and companionship

  • Support client comfort, safety, independence, and dignity in their home

  • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and community activities

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families

  • Follow and support individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care

  • HHA certification required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic approach

  • Knowledge of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the unique needs of each client

  • Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain

  • Drug testing required (provided by us)

  • AHCA-approved competency test (provided by us)

  • AHCA-approved hands-on skills assessment (provided by us)
