Your Role as MDS Coordinator
Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, ensuring accurate, timely assessments and compliance with all federal and state guidelines. Flexible hours let you balance work and life while still making a meaningful impact during the festive season.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the MDS/RAI process according to CMS and LTCI guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to create accurate care plans
• Communicate across departments for timely MDS completion and transmission
• Prepare and review Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) reports
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
