Johnson VA Health Care System located at 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401. The shift schedules are typically 12-hour days or nights and include working weekends/holidays. Responsibilities Provide basic patient care (feeding, walking, hygiene, lifting, turning). Monitor and report patient status, including vital signs and changes in condition. Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures. Support patients with activities of daily living and promote independence. Document care and assist with admission histories.
