Nurse Supervisor- 

Flexible Hours- 8 or 12 hour shifts

 

Responsibilities Include:

Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced nurse. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.

 

Qualifications:

RN/LPN License in NC

Nurse Supervisor experience preferred

LTC/SNF experience preferred

Provides leadership to direct reports through effective hiring, comprehensive department orientation, training, mentoring, and coaching. Responds to and resolves patient complaints. Transitions between practices and performs other duties as needed. Requirements: Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina, LPN or Certified Medical Assistant required. Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred or BSN. BLS certification required. Must have previous physician office leadership experience. Competent in EKG testing, blood draws and injections. Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record documentation in accordance with Meaningful Use objectives.
