About the Opportunity:

Gastro Health is seeking per diem CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Hollywood, Florida. As a CRNA with Gastro Health, you will:

Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
Enjoy a CRNA-only model while being part of a cohesive, respectful, supportive team
Experience a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volume
Become part of a stable, growing organization known for clinical excellence and exceptional patient outcomes
Enjoy a 7am – 4pm weekday schedule; no nights, no weekends, no holidays – and no call

Compensation & Benefits: ABOVE AVERAGE ACROSS THE BOARD

W2 Per Diem: $150/hour

Shift guarantee (8 hours minimum per day)
Company-paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
401(k) retirement plans
Annual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary)

Candidate Requirements:

Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology
Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team
Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

The University of Miami Uhealth has an exciting opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. The incumbent prepares prescribed solutions and administers anesthetic following specified methods and procedures. Moreover, the incumbent works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS Preforms pre- and post-anesthesia patient visits and documents anesthesia notes on patient records. Reviews medical history, evaluating patients and determining proper methods of anesthesia. Performs or evaluate diagnostic tests, such as radiographs (x-rays) and electrocardiograms (EKG’s). Measures and monitors the level and speed at which anesthesia is administered. Monitors patient vital signs to ensure safety, to include skin color, pupil dilation, pulse, heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, ventilation or urine output. Informs physician of patient’s condition during anesthesia. Manages patients’ airway or pulmonary status using techniques, such as endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, respiratory therapy, and extubation. Oversees patient recovery from anesthesia and cares for patient’s immediate post-operative needs. Prepares prescribed solutions and administers local, intravenous, spinal or other anesthetics following specified methods and procedures. Responds to emergency situations by providing airway management, administering fluids or drugs, and using basic or advanced life support techniques. Develops anesthesia care plans. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
