Position Summary

The Evening Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care, administers medications, and supervises CNAs during the evening shift. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking higher evening pay, consistent hours, and a 12-hour schedule option.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care and perform nursing treatments
Administer medications per physician orders
Supervise and support CNAs on the evening shift
Monitor residents and report condition changes
Complete accurate EMR documentation
