Position Overview:
We’re seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for our night shift team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient conditions, providing timely care and advice.
Observe and report symptoms to physicians.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
Respond promptly to emergencies with expert care.
Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants.
Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents and families.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGE AREAS OR PROGRAMS: Manage areas or programs to include carrying out, coordinating, or managing administrative functions and area or programs related to Nursing Services which may include departmental documentation or medical records, nursing supplies, ancillary supplies or services, facility QA, Care Plans, MDS, Infection Control Program, TILES, Restorative Care, Skin Care Program, Medicare, Special Restraint or Medication Programs, Light Duty or Safety Program, Staff Scheduling, Selection, Training, Orientation or related functions and such duties that may include supervision of other staff. SUPPORT DON: Work with or support Director of Nursing, Administrator and Consultants in planning all aspects of nursing service to include interacting with other disciplines and departments. May assist Director of Nursing in monitoring day to day operation of the nursing department, and to establish priorities and manage records, budgets or supplies. MDS Coordinator

Coordinates and ensure completion of the state required Minimum Data set on all residents throughout the facility to include admissions, significant changes, quarterly and Medicare assessments in a timely manner. He/she identifies resident problems from the MDS and other assessments and develops the initial individual Care Plan for each resident.
