Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Previous experience in a Director of Nursing (DON) or senior nursing leadership role in a long-term care facility.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
