Travel RN – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility – Ludington, MI

Assignment Details:

• Location: Ludington, Michigan

• Start Date: January 5

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: 3x12, 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Pay Range: $1,800 – $1,915 per week (gross)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in LTC/SNF settings

• Active Michigan state RN license

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care

Job Duties:

• Deliver routine nursing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes

• Assist with ADLs and ensure resident comfort and safety

• Document care accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes
