Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000

Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader committed to high-quality care, regulatory excellence, and a positive, team-centered culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage, and coordinate all aspects of resident care

  • Supervise, schedule, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, exceptional care delivery

  • Foster a supportive environment for residents, families, and team members

  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and residents; address concerns and questions promptly

  • Ensure timely communication of significant resident condition changes to physicians and responsible parties

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience in long-term care

  • Previous ADON or DON experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
