Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000

Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team in our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage, and coordinate all aspects of resident care

  • Supervise, schedule, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, exceptional care delivery

  • Foster a supportive environment for residents, families, and team members

  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and residents; address concerns and questions promptly

  • Ensure timely communication of significant resident condition changes to physicians and responsible parties

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience in long-term care

  • Previous ADON or DON experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
