If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
  • One (1) year experience as a RN.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.

Assists in interviewing applicants and recommends hiring of staff and scheduling. Participates in orientation and in-service education training. Participates in performance reviews and personnel files; enforces the personnel policies of the facility, including disciplining and terminating employees. Assists Director of Nursing in ensuring compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel and ensuring that all regional policies/procedures are implemented. Assists with care planning process.
