What’s In It For You: Bonus: $750 Sign-on bonus Must maintain at least 0.2 FTE (8 hours per week) Extra Cash: Earn shift differentials from $0.50 to $3.00 per hour depending on shift Earn additional pay incentives up to $5/hour for picking up additional, non-scheduled shifts POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides professional nursing care for residents to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times within a safe environment; maintains medical records, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals; offers emotional and social support, and attends residents’ overall physical comfort.
