Travel RN Job Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories

Qualifications

Travel RN Job Requirements:

Current North Carolina RN license or compact/multi-state license
At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
Current CPR or BLS certification

III maintains quality patient care through consistent standards of nursing practice in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Responsible for orientation, training/precepting, and mentoring of other staff on the unit. The R.N. is instrumental in providing an exceptional experience for patient and family. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assessment - Perform initial and ongoing assessment of the patient; demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment and advanced assessment skills; communicate and document assessment with interdisciplinary team; utilize all available resources in order to meet the needs of the patient and family. Planning & Implementation - Develop and document plan of care, treatment and services; collaborate interdisciplinary health team to deliver care; maintains an appropriate nurse-patient relationship and provides an exceptional experience for the patient and family.
