Clinical background of wound care; including but not limited to chronic, debilitating, stalled, or infected wounds Must be comfortable with diagnosing and treating diabetic, arterial, venous, and mixed etiology wounds or Kennedy Ulcers. Must be comfortable staging pressure injuries according to the NPIAP Must be familiar with wound care best practice and advanced wound care products; collagens, alginates, foams, silvers, etc. Must have experience with wound vacs and other DME, such as pressure relieving/ reducing devices Strong preference to having wound certification or be open to getting certified Experience working in a long-term care setting. Ability to work with an EMR. Ability to work within an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care. Basic coding knowledge preferred, not required. Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant – Job Description Position Summary The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant provides advanced practice nursing care to patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
