Provide patient-centered medical care under physician supervision
Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
Listen actively to patient concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health
Assist with in-office procedures as needed

What You Bring

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Board certification in family or adult care
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Current Wisconsin licensure
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
Interest in ENT-related services and procedures
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work on-site in a Madison-area clinic
