As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their care journey by delivering straightforward, effective, office-based treatment that improves breathing and overall quality of life.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide patient-centered medical care under physician supervision
  • Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
  • Listen actively to patient concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
  • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health
  • Assist with in-office procedures as needed
What You Bring
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Board certification in family or adult care
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Wisconsin licensure
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
  • Interest in ENT-related services and procedures
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work on-site in a Madison-area clinic

Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant – Job Description Position Summary The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant provides advanced practice nursing care to patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Working collaboratively with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary care team, the NP/PA is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of cardiac patients in outpatient, inpatient, and/or procedural settings.
