Position Overview for Certified Home Health Aide:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Home Health Aides to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their personal and medical needs are met. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities as a Certified Home Health Aide:

• Personal Care Support: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.

• Emotional and Social Support: Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.

• Service Plan Adherence: Follow residents’ service plans to deliver personalized care tailored to their needs.

• Documentation: Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.

• Safety and Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.

• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, especially in following care plans and documentation.

• Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude, even under pressure.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, relevant experience in Assisted Living or a related field preferred.

• Experience in Memory Care highly preferred.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) required in the state of NJ.

• Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
