Private Duty LPN - Weekends

Location: New Kensington, PA

Community Care, Inc. is a trusted, family-owned home health agency that has been serving local communities since 1987. We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 8-year-old male child in the New Kensington area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Schedule:

Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Perform oral feedings
Monitor vitals
Monitor safety and seizures
Perform medication administration
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
