Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support under LPN/RN supervision
• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding, and toileting
• Accurately take and record vital signs
• Communicate resident changes promptly to nursing staff
• Protect resident dignity, privacy, and safety
• Uphold all infection control and facility protocols

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CNA certification (required)
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
