What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status

  • Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

  • Collaborate with nurses and other care team members

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Active CNA certification in the state of New Jersey

  • Compassionate and dependable

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Prior experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
